We do three types of live sketchnoting

From the first hello, to the finished sketchnote, here's a step-by-step breakdown of our process.

A client reaches out over a call or email to us.

A client reaches out over a call or email to us.

1. Discovery Call

A client reaches out over a call or email to us.

2. Consultation

We set up a call to deep dive into your requirement. We’ll go over the context you and your organisation work in. We also get an in depth understanding of your event and your goals for the same.

3. Scope & Cost

We send you an email with a scope of work, costing and terms and conditions. We guide you through deciding on what kind of sketchnote is best for your event and what format of deliverables you need.

4. Onboarding

Upon agreement of Scope & Cost, any vendor registration etc. that your organisation might need, is undertaken.

5. Info Sharing

Files that the client needs to share : photos of speakers, reading material etc. will be shared at this stage (at least 3-5 days before the event)

6. Sketchnoting

Event day! We arrive an hour before the start of the event to set up. After that, it’s time for the magic!

7. Edit & Deliver

The boards are typically ready to share immediately after the event. Once minor edits are made, we’ll deliver them in the agreed-upon formats. And that’s a wrap!
